Southern Communities (SOCO PCH) are a group of Personal Care Homes located within the metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia. Our homes provide a safe, warm, and structured environment for people with disabilities. Also, we integrate individuals into society, creating a semi-independent setting for them. The company strives to assist individuals in discovering their dreams and aspirations. We assist individuals in residential training and supervision to learn and improve daily living and social adjustment skills; in which prepares people with disabilities to live in residential settings.
